Welcome to Vertex Digital. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern all project scoping agreements, custom software development contracts, design workshops, and SLA retainers executed between Vertex Digital and the client.

2. IP Ownership

Upon final payment settlement of a completed project contract, all intellectual property rights, source code repositories, visual designs, and databases will be fully transferred to the client.

3. SLA Retainers

Support services under SLA monthly contracts are billed at the start of each month and can be shifted or canceled by giving a 30-day written notification.
